A cow of weighing 160 kgf stands on foot each of area of cross section (4) 4 cm2 on the floor. An elephant weighing 2000 kgf stands on foot each of area of cross section 250 cm2 . Compare the pressure exerted by them.​

p1=F÷a² =mg÷a²= 160×9.8=98N/m² ....1

p2=F÷a²=mg÷a²=2000×9.8=78.4N/m² ...2

p1/p2=98/78.4=1.25
