✠ In order to raise the car, the crane has to do work against the force of gravity.
Therefore,
- The Force required to lift the car F = mg.
➣ 500 ༝ 9.8
➣ 4900 N
Now,
★ Displacement S = Vertical height moved = 4m.
We Know,
- W = FS
➣ 4900 ༝ 4
➣ 19600 J.
Therefore,
- Hence, the work done by the crane is 19600 J.

⚘ Know More :
- f is force, m is mass , g is gravity, s is displacement, w is work done.
- Gravity is always 9.8m/s² and 10m/s².
