A created a file on your hard disk.To make a copy of it on a pen drive. How will you you proceed? Is there any other method of doing this?

first click on the file and select copy the file from the options.
After that, insert the pen drive and Click on the desired file you want to paste the file into..then just click the option paste


or a more efficient way is to do the following steps
first select the file or pic you want to copy
right click on it to view the options 
click on" send to "from the list
it will show a list of many storage devices, click the name of ur pen drive.

Process over. 
now you can check whether the pic or file is added by clicking on the windows button-Computer button and external storage devises- when you open ur pendrive you can see the pic or file copied in it.
