time taken = 0.5 sec
force = change in momentum / time taken
force = mv - mu / t
force = 0.07 * 0 - 0.07 * 0.5 / 0.5
force = - 0.035 / 0.5
force = - 0.07 N
therefore in magnitude force required is = 0.07N...
