initial velocity = u = 30m/s
final velocity = v = 0m/s
time interval = t = 0.03s



According to the newtons 2nd law of motion

Force = rate of change in momentum
F = ∆P/∆t
F = mv-mu/∆t
F = m(v-u)/∆t
F = 0.1(0-30)/0.03
F = 0.1(-30)/0.03
F = -100 N
