here's ur answer

F= m.|a|
where m is mass and a is acceleration.

m = 0.16 kg
u = 20 m/s
v= 0 m/s
t = 0.1 s
so a= (0-20)/0.1 m/s^2
= -200 m/s^2

:. Force = 0.16 kg * 200 m/s^2
= 32 kgm/s^2
= 32 N. (Answer).

F = m dv/dt
= 0.16 * (20) / 0.1
= 32 N

Average Force applied by player is 32 N
