F= m.|a|

where m is mass and a is acceleration.

m = 0.16 kg

u = 20 m/s

v= 0 m/s

t = 0.1 s

so a= (0-20)/0.1 m/s^2

= -200 m/s^2

:. Force = 0.16 kg * 200 m/s^2

= 32 kgm/s^2

= 32 N. (Answer).
