here there are two conditions

1.at a=10 m/s

2.at a=20 m/s

when a=10

J=ft

=(100*10)*0.01

=10 N/s

when a=20

J=ft

= (100*20)*0.01

= 20 N/s

one is in forward direction and another is in backward direction so,

20-10 =10N/s
