u = 25m {s}^{ - 1}

v = 0m {s}^{ - 1}

t=0.03 s

a =  \frac{v - u}{t}

a =  \frac{(0 - 25)}{0.03}

a =  \frac{ - 25}{0.03}

a =  \frac{ - 2500m {s}^{ - 2} }{3}

Now,

Force=mass×acceleration

 =  \frac{ - 2500}{3}  \times 0.15

 =  - 2500 \times 0.05

= -125 N

Average force applied is 125 N, opposite to the direction of force.
