Given:-

  • Mass of ball ,m = 250g = 0.25 Kg

  • Initial velocity, u = 10m/s

  • Final velocity, v = 10m/s

  • Time taken ,t = 0.01 s

To Find:-

  • Force ,F

Solution:-

Firstly we calculate the acceleration of the ball

As we know that acceleration is the rate of change of velocity at per unit time.

• a = v-u/t

Substitute the value we get

→ a = 10-10/0.01

→ a = 0/0.01

→ a = 0m/s²

Now, Calculating the force

• F = m×a

Substitute the value we get

→ F = 0.025 ×0

→ F = 0N

Therefore, the force acting on the bat is 0N.
