A cricket player makes 200 runs in the 15th over. in doing so, his average at the end of the 14th over increases by 10. what was his average at the end of the 15th over?

Total runs scored in 15 overs = (14x + 200)
Average at the end of 15th over =
(14x+200) over 15
14x+200=15x+ 150
X=50
Average at the end of 15th over= (X+10)=60

Average at the end of 15th over = (x+10) = 60the person who has exposure to cricket will be confused..just as he/she sees...200 runs being made in ONE OVER ! Else it a simple question...clever mind bender by some author I guess...change the name of cricket to some video game and most of the people will solve it.
