acceleration= velocity/ time

=10/0.1

=100 m/s sq

force = mass × acceleration

=0.1×100

= 10 N

Given :

velocity = 10 m /s

time = 0.1 s

We know that :

acceleration = velocity / time

                     = 10 m/s / 0.1 s

                     = 10 m/s / 1 / 10 s

                     = 10 m/s × 10 / s

                     = 100 m/s²

Formula :

force = mass × acceleration

Hence :

force = 0.1 kg × 100 m/s²

         = 1/10 kg × 100 m/s²

         = 10 kg m/s²

         = 10 N

ANSWER :

The force exerted will be 10 N
