it is true that a criminal should be cured and not be punished because hate the sin not the sinner everybody fallible because everybody makes mistakes the only being who don't make mistakes is God so they done by everybody but if you don't realise your mistake then you are in anyone and criminal is the one who do great mistakes but he should be cured in the sense he should be made realised that what he did was not for the betterment of the world and he will punish him he may have hatred in his heart for the mankind and for the humanity that would still in him the Apache and trans from him into a beast so it is better letter criminal should be cured and not be punished
