Given,

Total Length of Crowbar = 45 cm

Load = 16 kgf

Load Arm = 5 cm

Effort Arm = (45-5) cm

= 40 cm

M.A = Effort Arm/Load Arm

= 40/5

= 8

M.A = Load/Effort

8 = 16/Effort

Effort = 2 kgf

The Effort is 2 kgf.

I hope this helps.
