Each atom's charge = 29 C

Total charge = 29 x 4 x 10 = 1160 C

No . of electrons on Cu = 1160

No . of electrons in 9.6 C = 9 . 6 / 1.6 x 10 ^ -19 = 6 x 10 ^ 19

Fraction of electron removed can be calculated as follows :

6 x 10 ^ 19 / 1160 = 5 . 17 x 10 ^ 16
