A cube of mass 20 kg is placed on a horizontal surface exert 200 Pa on the surface, then find area of base of cube. (Tage g = 10 m/s2)

GIVEN; MASS = 20 KG

PRESSURE = 200 PASCAL

G = 10 M/S^2

ANS.

AS WE KNOW ,PRESSURE = FORCE / AREA

FORCE = MASS × ACCELERATION

= 20 × 10 = 200 NEWTON

P = F/A

200 = 200 /A

A = 1 M^ 2 ( AREA OF BASE OF CUBE )
