mass of cube = 5 kg

weight of cube = mg = 5×9.8 = 49 N

side of cube = 1.2 cm

area of base = a^2 = 1.2^2 = 1.44 cm^2 = 1.44/10000 m^2 = 1.44 × 10^(-4) m^2

(because 1 m^2 = 10000 cm^2)

Pressure on table = Weight/area

=>P = 49 / (1.44 × 10^-(4))

=> P = 3.4×10^5 Pa
