This can be found by dividing the volume of large cube / volume of i small cube

= 512/8

= 64

Ratio:

TSA of original cube: 384 cm2

TSA of 1 small cube: 24 cm2

TSA of 64 small cubes: 1536 cm2

Ratio: 384:1536

     = 1:4
