Ei = α x ^1/2

The flux through the cube is only from the left and right side

Ф1 (left side)

Area vector is towards the left side =  -a²

Ф1 = E.ds = α a^1/2  x -a²

   = - α  a^ 3/2

Ф2 (Right side )

Area vector is towards the right side at a distance 2a from the origin = a²

Ф2 = α (2a)^1/2 x a²

      = α √2 a^3/2

Total flux = 1+2

                = ( √2 - 1) a^3/2
