let edge of cube be a
4a^2=32
a^2=32/4
a^2=8
area of base=8sq unit

LSA
 = 4a {}^{2}
4a {}^{2}  = 32 \\ a {}^{2}  = 32 \div 4 \\ a = \sqrt{8}  \\ a = 2 \sqrt{2}
so side is 2root2
therefore area of base circle is
4 \times side \\ 4 \times 2 \sqrt{2}  \\ 8 \sqrt{2} is \: area \: of \: base \:  \\
