Given:-

  • Water density is 1000 kg/m^3
  • Edge of Cuboidal block = 0.2m
  • Weight of Block = 4.6kgf

To Find:-

  • Depth the block merged.

SoluTion:-

As,

→\;{\sf{Edge×Depth×Density = Weight}}

So,

→\;{\sf{0.2m×0.2 m ×D × 1000 kg/m^3 = 6.4 kgf}}

Where D is depth of immersion.

→\;{\sf{D = 6.4kg/(1000x 0.2x 0.2) }}

→\;{\Large{\red{\bf{Depth = 0.16 m}}}}

Hope It Helps You ✌️

Water density is 1000 kg/m^3

Edge of Cuboidal block = 0.2m

Weight of Block = 4.6kgf

To Find:-

Depth the block merged.

SoluTion:-

As,

→\;{\sf{Edge×Depth×Density = Weight}}→Edge×Depth×Density=Weight

So,

→\;{\sf{0.2m×0.2 m ×D × 1000 kg/m^3 = 6.4 kgf}}→0.2m×0.2m×D×1000kg/m

=6.4kgf

Where D is depth of immersion.

→\;{\sf{D = 6.4kg/(1000x 0.2x 0.2) }}→D=6.4kg/(1000x0.2x0.2)

→\;{\Large{\red{\bf{Depth = 0.16 m}}}}→Depth=0.16m
