Side of cube=30cm=0.30m
TSA=6(Side)²
6×(0.30)²
6×0.0900
5.4m²
Cost per m²=5.50rupees
Total cost=5.4×5.50
2.97rupees

adityaraj541: 5.94 is the ans..

Hey mate
Here the is your answer
------------------------------------------
Length of side of box=30cm
Total Surface area=6a^2=6*(30)^2=6*900=5400cm^2=54m^2
Total area to be painted=(54+54)m^2(as TSA inside and outside of the box remains same)=104m^2
Cost of painting 1 m^2=5.50rs
Cost of painting 104 m^2=5.50*104=572rs

Hope it helps
