The amount of work done in taking water-out from vessel will be 5000 J

Explanation:

The height of cubical vessel "h" = 1 m

Work done = mgh/2

Density of water = mass = 10^3 Kgm^3

Work done =  10^3 x 10 x 1/2

                  = 1000 x 10 x 0.5

                  = 1000 x 5 = 5000 J

Thus the amount of work done in taking water-out from vessel will be 5000 J
