HERE IS THE SOLUTION.

Volume of the cuboidal vessel = l×b×h cubic units.
Now,
10×5×4.5 cubic m
225 cubic m
So, 1 cubic m = 1000 l
225 cubic m = 225000 litres

Breadth = 5 m
Height = 4.5 m

Volume of cuboid = lbh = 10 X 5 X 4.5
= 45 X 5
= 225 m³

[ 1m³ = 1000 l ]

Capacity = 225 X 1000 = 225000 l
