GIVEN-

TSA:50 sq. m

LSA:36sq. m

TO FIND-

AREA OF BASE: l×b

SOLUTION-

TSA of cuboid=LSA of cuboid+ 2 lb

50 =36+2lb

50-36. =2lb

14. =2lb

7. =lb

So, area of base of the cuboid is 7 square metre.
