Answer:

Let the length be x + 2 cm

Breadth be x cm

And height = 10 cm

Volume of cuboid = l × b × h

LHS =                                                                             RHS = 10x² + 20x cm³

(x + 2) × (x) × (10)

= (x² + 2x) × (10)

= 10x² + 20x                                                                   = 10x² + 20x cm³

10x² + 20x cm³ = 10x² + 20x cm³

∴ LHS = RHS
