explanation:

Given :  A cuboid whose length is equal to its width has a volume of 24 cubic feet.

the height of the cuboid is 1.5 feet,

To Find : what is the length of the cuboid?

A) 4 feet

B) 5 feet

C) 6 feet

8 feet

Solution:

Length = Breadth = x  feet

height = 1.5 feet

Volume = Length * breadth * height

=  x.x.1.5

=> 1.5x² cubic feet.

volume of 24 cubic feet.

1.5x²   = 24

=>  x²   =16

=> x = 4

length of the cuboid = 4 feet
