the base dimension of the tank = 30cm*20cm
therefore l = 30 cm and b = 20 cm
the height of the tank = 20 cm
since the tank is three quarters full of water,
the height of the water = 20 * 3/4 = 15 cm
h = 15 cm
the area of the tank which is in contact with the water
= 2*lh+2*bh+l*b
= 2*30*15+2*20*15+30*20
= 900 + 600+600
= 2100 sq cm

hope this helps you
