a cuboidal tanks is 35m long ,20m wide, and 18m high.it has water up to a height of 60cm.how much more water can it hold?​

Answer:

volume of the cuboidal tank=l×b×h

=35×20×18

=12600m²

volume of water in the tank=l×b×h

=35×20×0.6

=420m²

therefire how much water it can hold more= 12600-420

=12180m²

we know that 1m²=1000litres

therefore 12180m²=12180×1000

=12180000litres.

hence, it can hold 12180000litres more water.
