Step-by-step explanation:

Length of vessel = 6 m

Width of vessel = 5 m

Depth of vessel = 4.5 m

Volume in m^{3}= Length × Width × Depth

                                          = 6×5×4.5

                                          = 135 m^{3}

1 m^{3} = 1000 L

135 m^{3} = 1000×135 = 135000 L

∴ The capacity in Liters is 135000 L
