Volume of cuboidal tank = length X breadth X height = 6 X 5 X 4.5 = 135m cube
1m cube = 1000 litres
= 135000 litres
therefore, it can hold 135000 litres of water.

volume \: of \: cuboid = l \times b \times h

6m \times 5m \times4.5 m = 135
1 litre = 1000
