Volume of cuboid = l x b x h
                             = 6 * 5 * 4
                            = 120 m^3

now 1 m^3 = 1000 litres

hence tank can hold 120000 liters of water

Volume of cuboid = 6 × 5 × 4 = 120 cu. metres

120 m3 = 120 × 100× 100× 100 cm3 ___ (1)

1 lite = 1000 cm3

by dividing statement 1 by 1000

number of litres = 120 × 100 × 10
= 120000 litres

Hope it helps!!
