Let profit is x and loss is x

Then⇒832−x=448+x

⇒−2x=−384

⇒x=

−2

−384

=192Rs.

∴cost price of article=832−192=640Rs.

S.P of Article=640×

Answer:

Loss = Rs. 66.36

Step-by-step explanation:

S.P. = Rs. 975

Profit% = 10%

=> x + 10% of x = 975

=> x + 10x/100 = 975

=> 110x/100 = 975

=> x = 975 × 100 / 110

=> x = 886.36

C.P. = Rs. 886.36

New S.P = Rs. 820

Loss = 886.36 - 820

= Rs. 66.36
