A cupboard of size 16 cm*24 cm has been completely used to form a cube. what will be the size of the cube so formed?

Surface are of cube = area of cupboard.

Area of cupboard is 16×24 cm^2

Let side of the cube 'x' cm.

Therefore, Surface area of cube = 6(x^2).

So, 

6(x^2) = 16*24
= 6(x^2) = 6(16*4)
= (x^2) = 16*4
= x = ($\sqrt{16*4}$)
= x = 4*2
= x = 8


So side of angle will be 8cm
