Electrons are charged particles and a thin beam of electrons means electriccurrent. Therefore magnetic field is produced around a thin beam of electrons.Neutrons are neutral particles does not constitute electric current, so magnetic field will not be produced around a thin beam of moving neutrons.

Hope it helps!!

I think that the correct answer of your question is electron because it present in orbits of an atom which donot collide due to magnetic field while neutrons are present inside the nucleus and there is not connection between neutrons and magnetic field.
Hence, the correct answer is option (a) i.e., electron.
Hope, it will help.
