A current flows through an electrical device of resistance 120 ohm. calculate power of the device?

To Find :-

What is the current flowing through the device.

Formula Used :-

\clubsuit♣ Current Formula :

\longmapsto \sf\boxed{\bold{\pink{I =\: \dfrac{V}{R}}}}⟼

Where,

I = Current

V = Voltage

R = Resistance

Solution :-

Voltage = 22V

Resistance = 220 Ω

According to the question by using the formula we get,

\longrightarrow \sf I =\: \dfrac{22}{220}⟶I=

\longrightarrow \sf I =\: \dfrac{\cancel{22}}{\cancel{22}0}⟶I=

\longrightarrow \sf I =\: \dfrac{1}{10}⟶I=

\longrightarrow \sf\bold{\red{I =\: 0.1\: Ampere}}⟶I=0.1Ampere

\therefore∴The current flowing through the device is 0.1 Ampere.

EXTRA FORMULA :

\clubsuit♣ Voltage Formula :

\longmapsto \sf\boxed{\bold{\pink{V =\: IR}}}⟼

\clubsuit♣ Resistance Formula :

\longmapsto \sf\boxed{\bold{\pink{R =\: \dfrac{V}{I}}}}⟼

where,

V = Voltage

I = Current

R = Resistance

Hope it helps!
