Hey,
use right hand thumb rule..where thumb points the direction of current..
consider point A on leftside and point B on right side of a conductor carrying current in the upward direction..
At point A, the magnetic feild will be out of the paper.. i.e., towards the observer.
At point B, the magnetic feild will be in to the paper.. i.e., away from the observer.
REFER TO IMAGE ATTACHED.(used that image only for explaining how to use thumb rule..the case considered in the image is different..The current is flowing towards left side as you can notice.)
HOPE THIS HELPS YOU.

Answer: At the point B - towards the observer
At point A - Away from the observer.
Explanation: As by the use of the Right-Hand thumb rule, As we use the thumb to point towards the direction of current,
As point A and point B on the right side of a conductor carrying current in the upward direction.
As your hand will give the direction of the magnetic field.
As at point A, the magnetic field will be out of the paper toward the observer,
And at point B, the magnetic field will be on the paper Away from the observer.
