Given:

Current(I)=0.4 uA

=0.4×10^-6A

Charge of electron(e)=1.602*10^-19 coul.

To find: No of electrons (n )=?

We know, I= ne

Therefore, n=I/e

=0.4×10^-6/1.602×10^-19

=(0.4/1.602)×10^(-6+19)

=0.249×10^13

=249×10^10
