current=charge/time, current= 0.6A, time=5min.(5×60 sec),. then charge= 0.6×5×60 , charge=180coulamb

The charge flowing through the circuit is 180 C.

Given,

current flowing in the filament=0.6 A

time for it flows=5 mins

time in seconds=5x60

time in seconds=300 seconds.

To find,

the amount of electric charge that flows through the circuit.

Solution:

The rate of flow of charge through a conductor is known as current.

i=dq/dt

i=q/t

0.6=q/300

q=300x0.6

q=180 C.

180 coulomb of charge flows through the circuit.
