Given that,

Current, I = 1 A

Length of conductor, l = 1 m

Magnetic field, B = 2 T

To find,

The magnetic force on the conductor.

Solution,

The formula of magnetic force in terms of length and magnetic field is given by :

F=BIL\sin\theta

Let the conductor is placed perpendicular to the magnetic field. So, \theta=90^{\circ}

So,

F=2\times 1\times 1\sin(90)\\\\F=2\ N

So, the force on the conductor is 2 N.
