Answer ⇒ The force acting on a wire of length 1/10 m is 5 N.

Explanation ⇒ Given conditions,

Current(i) = 10 A

Magnetic field (B) = 5 T

Length(l) = 1/10 m.

Using the formula,

Force on a wire (F) = iBLSin90

∴ F = 10 × 5 × 1/10

∴ F = 5 N.

Hence, the force acting on a wire of length 1/10 m is 5 N.

Hope it helps.
