Hello,Good Question

GIVEN:

➢ Current,I=10A

➢ Time,t=sec

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎

TO FIND:

➢ No. of electrons passing through conductor.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎

SOLUTION:

To find the no. of electrons first we should know the no. of charges passing through the conductor.

So lets find out!

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎

I=Q/t

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎

➛10A=Q/1sec

➛10A×1Sec=Q

➛10C=Q

So the no. of charges are 10C.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎

As we know that 1C of charge contains 1.6×10^-19 electrons.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎

★ 10C of charges =1.6×10^-19×10C

➛16×10^-19 electrons.

Joules law of heating

It states that the heat produced in the conductor is Directly proportional to the square of current,Directly

proportional to the Time for which the current flows,Directly proportional to the Resistance.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎

Formula:-

H=I²RT

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎

Ohm's Law

It states that the potential difference created by a battery or a cell is directly proportional to the current flowing through the conductor.

✰ V∝I

When we remove sign of proportionality we have to apply a constant. Here R(Resistance) is the constant.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎

Formula:-

V=IR
