The correct option is B: 1volt.

Explanation:
Current in branch DA=I=2x[3+2] / [(2+3)+(2+3)]=1 A

Current in branch DB=2-1=1A

now,

V-Va=2x1=2V

V-Vb=3x1=3V

( V-Vb)-(V-Va)=Va-Vb=3-2=1V

∴Va-Vb=1V
