i=2A,H=80j,t=10s
So,. H=i×i×r×t
80 =2×2×r×10
r=80/40=2 ohm

Given :

Current , I = 2 A .

Heat produces , H = 80 J .

Time taken , t = 10 sec .

To Find :

The resistance of conductor .

Solution :

We know , heat produced is given by :

H=I^2Rt\\\\R=\dfrac{H}{I^2t}

Putting all given values , we get :

R=\dfrac{80}{2^2\times 10}\\\\R=2\ \Omega

Therefore , the resistance of conductor is 2 ohms .
