 Marked \: price (m.p) = Rs \: 5400

 Discount \: percentage (d) = 20\%

 i) Selling \: price (s.p) = m.p\left( \frac{100-d}{100}\right)

 = 5400 \left( \frac{100-20}{100}\right) \\= 5400 \times \frac{80}{100}\\= 54 \times 80 \\= Rs\: 4320

 ii ) Discount = m.p - s.p \\= 5400 - 4320 \\= Rs\: 1080

Answer:

i) Discount = Rs 1080

ii) S.P. = Rs 4320

Step-by-step explanation:

M.P. = Rs 5400

Discount Percent = 20

Therefore, Discount = 20% of Rs 5400

=Rs 1080

Therefore, Selling Price = Marked Price - Discount

= Rs (5400-1080)

=Rs 4320
