for a person in cycle,
we know that:
F=ma
F1=m1.a1
for a person in bike,
F2=m2.a2
according to question:
F1=F2
given a2=2a1/5
:m1.a1=m2.a2
m1.a1=m2.(2/5)a1
m1=2/5 m2
m1/m2=2/
m1:m2=2:5

We know that Force, F=ma

For cyclist, F₁=m₁ x a₁

For biker, F₂=m₂ x a₂

Its given that a₁=2/5 of a₂, and we know that F₁=F₂

So, m₁ x a₁=m₂ x a₂     ⇒     m₁ x 2/5a₂=m₂ x a₂

⇒m₁/m₂=a₂/(2/5a₂)      ⇒     m₁/m₂=5/2
