Now,

velocity(v) =  \frac{displacement(s)}{time(t)}

since , cyclist complete half round his displacement will be Equal to diameter of track

s = 2r

s = 2 × 318 m

s = 636 m

t = 90 sec

v =  \frac{636 \: m}{90 \: sec}

v = 7.06 \: m \: per \: sec
