Hey there!!

let x be the speed of the cyclist
given that

distance ,d = 28 km
time , t= 2hrs

x = Distance / time
=> x = 28/2= 14 km/hr

time taken by the cyclist to cover the distance of 56 km = d/x

= 56/14
= 4hrs

hence cyclist will take 4hrs to cover the distance 56km
