A cyclist cover distance of 28 km in 2 hours find the time taken by him to cover a distance of 56 km with the same speed the sum is in which chapter of direct and Inverse proportions

Case 1

Distance covered=28 km
Time taken= 2 hrs.
now speed= Distance/Time
=28/2
=14 km\hr.

Case 2
Speed is same in both the cases.
so, Speed =14 km\hr.
Distance Covered= 56 km
Now, Time taken in this case = Distance/Speed

=56/14
=4 hrs.

therefore, Time taken by Cyclist to cover a distance of 56 km is 4 hours
