Solution

Time taken 5 min

Time in second {5 × 60} 300 sec.

Distance 950 m

speed \:  =  \frac{distance}{time}

speed =  \frac{950}{300}  = 3.16

Speed in m/s = 3.16 m/s (approx.)

hence the accurate answer is as repeating decimal that is 3.16666666666666666666666...............

And so on.
